Executive leadership inside marketing and transformation
More than three decades across marketing, strategy, brand, digital, and transformation.
About Melopa
Melopa was built from the belief that leadership support should feel human, intentional, and grounded in real executive experience.
Founder perspective
Thirty years in executive leadership across marketing, strategy, brand, digital, and transformation. Built for companies, executives, and high-potential leaders making growth bets, redesigning how work gets done, and carrying the pressure that comes with change.
Leadership can be isolating, especially at the moments when the stakes are highest and the number of people you can think honestly with gets smaller.
Melopa exists to create a different kind of room: steady, confidential, and shaped by someone who has carried executive accountability herself.
The name Melopa comes from Eileen's three children, a reminder that this brand is built on legacy, values, and long-term thinking rather than short-term visibility.
Coaching credentials
Eileen M. Canady is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and a Certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). These certifications bring a powerful layer of depth to the coaching experience, supporting clients not only in what they do, but in how they think, respond, and lead.
Values
These principles shape every engagement, whether it begins with coaching, advisory, or community.
Real progress starts with honest conversation, not performance or posturing.
Good counsel cuts through noise so leaders can see what matters and decide what comes next.
Confidentiality and discretion are part of the product, not a footnote to it.
The goal is not to prescribe answers. It is to help leaders make decisions they can own.
Experience
Three decades of work inside marketing, strategy, brand, digital, and transformation.
